This system is a fusion of multidisciplinary technologies, which includes mechanical, hydraulic, water treatment, electronic, automatic control, sensor, and computer. In particular, the monitoring and fault diagnosis technology of emulsion equipment, electro-hydraulic control technology, large flow unloading control technology, centralized distributed monitoring technology, water treatment technology, and mining sensor technology have been fully utilized, achieving centralized monitoring and management of the entire working face comprehensive mining equipment.

The stainless-steel emulsion tank adopts a closed structure. The pump box has a cleaning port, which facilitates personnel to clean the inside of the box, and is equipped with an emulsion level indicator.

The emulsion pump adopts a satin crankshaft, which is one-time stamped and formed. All bearings employ imported SKF, ensuring a lifetime warranty.

Applying imported ceramic plungers, the lifespan exceeds 5 times that of carbon steel materials. The packing sealing ring is made of imported bulletproof materials, and the unique plunger protection head reduces maintenance and repair costs in later stage.

Utilizing imported Tiefenbach solenoid valves, a new type of unloading valve combining high-performance electromagnetic unloading and mechanical unloading, which has stronger stability and longer lifespan.

Adopting imported external oil cooling and heat dissipation devices, fully ensuring the temperature control requirements of the pump operation.

Configuring automatic emulsion ratio and concentration online monitoring device to convert the detected emulsion concentration into current, then transmitting to the intelligent control system. Using pump valve control technology to adjust the emulsion ratio at actual time, achieve online real-time adjustment and closed-loop control of the emulsion, thus ultimately realizing the emulsion concentration set by users.

The control system has complete warning and protection functions; with low lubricating oil pressure protection, over temperature lubricating oil protection, low suction port pressure protection, over temperature liquid tank protection, low emulsion liquid level protection, vibration protection functions, etc.

The control system has data/fault records, single-pump cumulative operating time records, self-diagnosis function, and storage function, which can query historical and operational information.

The control system provides multiple communication protocol interfaces for data uploading and remote monitoring, enabling communication with supporting third parties; as well as data integration, uploading, and remote-control functions.
